These Terms and Conditions govern your use of getalltax.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from GetAllTax LLC (“GetAllTax”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. We sell to customers in the United States.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Product images are for illustration. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before payment. If sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item and send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed by PayPal; we do not store your payment details. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing errors, and will refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Manufacturer warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, where one is provided. Warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer’s terms; contact us and we will help you with the process. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this Site is owned by or licensed to GetAllTax LLC. Brand names and logos of manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAllTax LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
